Design Overview
Deltec’s homes are often easily recognizable by their unique circular or 360 degree layout - which can be seen in the name of their pre-designed line of homes, the 360° Signature Collection. Their round home is designed to be hurricane-resistant. These can also be customized both in terms of floor plan and and footprint. The other is a more classical collection of homes known as the renew collection, that features environmentally friendly net zero homes.

Deltec Homes is one of the oldest and most well-established prefab shell builders. As a prefab shell builder, Deltec Homes provides the structural shell of the home, but this does not include components like the foundation, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, interior insulation, interior finishes, or roof shingles.
Often, Deltec’s homes are delivered as material kits, meaning that the pre-measured, pre-cut home materials are shipped to the building site and assembled there, rather than a modular home that is made up of more-finished modules. To complete your home, a local builder or contractor is needed to assemble the home and finish the interior. Deltec also provides a project manager to help buyers customize their floor plans, a green building department, and a 24/7 construction resource should your local builder have questions.
