Why are you offering this service?
Our goal is to try to make the process of buying a prefab or modular home easier and this is one way to do it. Our tools and expertise will help potential buyers save time and money and make better decisions.
How can you offer this service so cheaply?
That’s a good question as we used to charge people $3k for the same service. So the bet we’re making with our current pricing is that because we are now servicing more people, we will be able to much more efficient in helping people and there is some overlap between the type of support that people need to best understand prefab housing.
Why is your founder doing this? Doesn’t he have other things to do with his time?
He wants you to know he feels judged. In all seriousness, we likely won’t have Michael, our founder, as the sole coach forever, but he was excited about doing this and is a wealth of knowledge on all things prefab, so I guess just appreciate the support.
Why is Prefab Coaching worth it?
Building a home is a large, expensive, and complex process. Getting personalized coaching from the site and people that spend more time than almost anyone else in the world helping prefab consumers and evaluating companies may be a good way to save time, make better decisions, and have confidence that you are moving forward with your project well.
Do you cover modular housing? How about panelized and kits? What about ADUs? How about tiny homes? How about container homes?
We have lots of experience with all of the above. If you review the site, you can see that we’ve written at least 100 articles related to each of those segments, all of which we consider to be under the general prefab umbrella.
I’m trying to do an investment project, not build my dream home. Do you have experience with this?
Yes, we have lots of experience working with different types of investors including individuals, partnerships, REITs, and funds. We also have experience with a those pursuing a variety of strategies including build to buy, build to rent, short term rentals, multi-family, ADU, and lot split strategies among others.
Are you a real estate, mortgage broker, or financial advisor?
Thanks for asking. Our lawyer is very happy for us to clarify that we are not a real estate or mortgage broker or financial advisor. We do our best to provide educational content to help buyers make informed decisions, but nothing you receive from us should be considered “advice” from a registered financial advisor or mortgage or real estate broker. We may provide access to real estate brokers, lenders, or mortgage brokers who are qualified to provide advice and assist you with your transactions, but your relationship for each of those transactions is directly with those parties.
