Land Ark RV is an RVIA-certified designer and builder of mobile tiny home based in Buena Vista, Colorado. They offer 2 different 30' long tiny homes, with limited customization available. Their models feature an extremely modern design, with all-black corrugated metal siding, over a dozen dual paned windows, and Cumaru hardwood siding behind their folding deck insert. Interiors include white-washed pine walls, waterproof vinyl flooring, LED lighting, loft space, and 10'+ high ceilings. Homes come with fixtures, solid surface countertops, and appliances like stainless steel refrigerators, stainless steel LP gas cooktops, tankless water heaters, mini-split heating/AC systems, plus washer/dry combo units. While their tiny homes include propane hookups and limited interior customization, Land Ark does not offer special off-grid options or shells.
Land Ark RV only builds homes on wheels, with no permanent foundations available. Homes are built at their Buena Vista headquarters and can be shipped throughout the United States. Often they will have completed models ready for immediate purchase. Homes arrive completed and turn-key ready.
