Our cost estimates for a turn-key prefab home or ADU from Mighty Buildings range from $300 - $685+ per square foot. These estimates are all-inclusive, meaning that the cost of the home module, labor, and site work are included. Because Mighty Homes no longer offer their homes to B2C customers (individual home-buyers), we have instead included their three current example floor plans with associated module cost estimates. These range from $198 to $329 per square foot.

To determine the final cost for these modules, developers must include the cost for site preparation, kit assembly, and any necessary interior finishes. Additionally, because Mighty Buildings notes that their kit layouts can be customized, there is the possibility that custom plans fall outside of this range.
