Precision Craft and M.T.N Design can also work with buyers to either modify one of their existing floor plans or design a completely custom log or timber frame home.
They offer custom home designs which come from their in-house design partners - M.T.N. Design. Homes from Precision Craft can feature one or a mix of construction styles including, timber frame, log homes, and structural insulated panels (SIPs). There are cost differences between these methods, with hybrid timber frame-SIPs homes being the cheapest and handcrafted log homes being the most expensive. These techniques allow for the construction of high-end, aesthetically pleasing homes that also feature energy-efficient construction techniques. As such, Precision Craft and M.T.N. Design note that they can design and fabricate homes that meet LEED certification standards.
Build Process & Timeline
When it comes to the actual construction of the home buyers have three options; use their contractor, use a contractor from Precision Craft’s network of builders, or in select cases, also use Precision Craft as the general contractor.
